Application

These T&Cs apply to all Users. Clients may have additional contracts; in conflicts, the contract prevails.

Our Obligations and Warranties

We provide:

• Property listing and search services.
• Support during business hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 SAST).

No warranties on uptime, error-free operation, or virus-free downloads. The Website is provided "as is."

User Obligations and Warranties

Users must:

• Provide accurate information.
• Not post false, offensive, or infringing content.
• Comply with laws, including POPIA and the Consumer Protection Act.
• Not discriminate (e.g., based on race, gender).

You warrant that your content does not infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights. You indemnify us against any claims. We promote equality and do not tolerate discrimination.

Use of the Website

• We do not verify Advertisement accuracy; use at your own risk.

Services for Consumers

Direct Marketing and Refunds

For direct marketing contracts, you may cancel within 5 business days for a full refund. No other refunds are provided.
